  1. 2 banana s, very ripe

  2. 2 egg s

  3. 1 3/4 cups flour

  4. 1 1/2 cups sugar

  5. 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  6. 1/4 cup plus 1 T. buttermilk

  7. 1 t. baking soda

  8. 2 t. vanilla extract

  9. 1/2 t. salt

  1. Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and flour 9“ x 5” loaf pan. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl (Kitchenaid), one by one, and mix well. The riper the bananas, the better. Transfer to prepared pan. Bake until top is golden brown and splits slightly, about one hour and twenty five minutes (85 minutes). Remove from oven. Let cool 5 minutes - remove from pan to cooling rack. DO NOT DOUBLE THIS RECIPE!
