  1. 1 pound new potatoes small, scrubbed

  2. 1/4 cup yogurt plain

  3. 1/4 cup dill leaves freshly chopped

  4. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste

  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste*

  1. Cook the potatoes in lightly salted water for about 15 minutes or until tender.

  2. While the potatoes are cooking mix together the yogurt and dill.

  3. Drain the potatoes and place in a serving bowl.

  4. Add the dressing and toss well.

  5. Season with sea salt and ground black pepper.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
