  1. NOODLES with CRAB SAUCE

  2. 5 ounces thin egg noodles

  3. 2 tablespoons oil

  4. 1 onion, chopped

  5. 1/2 cup Chinese cabbage

  6. 1 pound backfin crab meat

  7. 1 cup chicken stock

  8. salt

  9. 1 teaspoon corn starch

  10. 1/4 cup cold water

  11. 1/2 cup watercress

  12. 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  13. Boil noodles in salted water 5 minutes. Drain and keep warm. Heat

  14. oil, brown onion and add Chinese cabbage. Add crab meat, chicken

  15. stock, seasoning and simmer 5 minutes. Add cornstarch dissolved in

  16. cold water. Stir until thickened. Add chopped watercress and soy

  17. sauce and serve over hot noodles. Serves 6.
