  1. 1 lb. ground beef

  2. 1 T olive oil Salt, pepper , dried oregano, dried basil, and Lawry's seasoning salt to taste

  3. 1/2 packet onion soup mix

  4. 3 c hot water

  5. 1/2 c tomato sauce Dash of soy sauce

  6. 1/2 c sliced carrot s

  7. 1/2 c cut green bean s

  8. 1/2 c macaroni noodles

  1. Brown beef in oil. Add seasonings, soup, water, and sauces and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.

  2. Add vegetables and simmer for 30 minutes.

  3. Add macaroni and simmer for 30 minutes.
