  1. 16 oz 454g Cream cheese - softened

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dairy sour cream

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Paprika

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground red pepper

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic powder

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground thyme

  8. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Cooked crabmeat

  9. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Finely chopped green pepper Rye crackers

  1. Recipe Instructions Beat all ingredients except crabmeat, green pepper and crackers in 2.5-quart bowl on medium speed until well blended, about 1 minute. Stir in crabmeat and green pepper. Line a deep 1.5-pint bowl with plastic wrap; press mixture in bowl. Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours. Unmold on serving plate; remove plastic wrap. Garnish with chili peppers if desired. Serve with crackers.
