  1. 1 c Raspberries; fresh or frozen

  2. 1 c Pineapple, fresh

  3. 2 c -Cold water

  4. Honey; to taste

  1. Whirl raspberries and pineapple in blender. Add water and honey to taste. Whirl again. Strain. Garnish with tiny piece of pineapple.
