  1. 1/2 cup oil

  2. 1 cup sugar

  3. 2 beaten egg s

  4. 2-3 banana s (ripe)

  5. 2 cups flour

  6. 1 tsp baking soda

  7. 1/2 tsp baking powder

  8. 3 Tbl milk

  9. 1/2 tsp vanilla

  10. 1/2 cup nut s

  1. Beat oil and sugar. Add eggs and bananas; mix well. Mix together dry ingredients, then add to wet mix. Stir in milk and vanilla. Add nuts if desired. For a sweet change, substitute 6 oz of chocolate chips for nuts. Pour into greased floured loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Let cool and wrap in plastic wrap or foil. Tastes even better the next day.
