1/2 cup butter or margarine

1/2 cup chipits cocoa

1 cup packed brown sugar

2 eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 tsp salt

Melt the butter/margarine in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in the cocoa. Stir in the brown sugar, then beat in the eggs and 8 inch square pan. Bake at

350 F (180 C) from
