    2. 2 lg Leaf Lettuce Leaves

    3. And Shredded Red Bartlett Pear, Cored

    4. 1 lg Granny Smith Apple OR 1 1/2 c Cooked Turkey

    5. 1/8 ts White Pepper

    6. 1 tb Fresh Rosemary Leaves

    7. 1/4 c Chopped Fresh Parsley

    8. 1 c Alfalfa Sprouts

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. Combine Mayonnaise, Parsley, Rosemary & Pepper.

    2. Add Turkey & Apple.

    3. Toss Gently.

    4. Cover & Chill Until Ready To Serve.

    5. Place Lettuce Leaves On Individual Serving Plates.

    6. Top Each With 1/2 C.

    7. Alfalfa Sprouts.

    8. Spoon Half Of Turkey Mixture Onto Each Plate & Serve Immediately.
