  2. 24 ounces chicken breasts without skin

  3. 6 ounces herb stuffing mix-peppridge farms

  4. 6 ounces swiss cheese slices

  5. 1 can campbell's 98% fat free cream of celery

  6. 1/4 cup margarine -- imitation

  7. 1/4 cup 2% milk

  1. Place chicken breasts in a large lasagna pan or casserole pan. Whip soup and milk together and pout over chicken. Top each breast with a 1 oz. slice of Swiss Cheese and 1 oz. Stuffing Mix. Dot margarine evenly over all chicken pieces and through out pan. Bake at 375 degrees 45-55 minutes. Cover for the first 40 minutes then uncover.

  2. Each breast plus the surrounding topping is 8 points. Serve with steamed broccoli and a side salad for a wonderful dinner.
