  1. 1 c Cooked cubed chicken

  2. 1 ts Oil for frying

  3. 2 c Chicken broth

  4. 1 c Water

  5. 10 oz Frozen mixed vegetables

  6. 1/2ts Poultry seasoning

  7. 1/4ts Pepper

  8. 1 c Minute Rice

  9. 1 tb Dried parsley

  2. In a skillet, fry chicken in hot oil until browned.

  3. Add broth, water, vegetables (thawed) and seasonings.

  4. Bring to a boil.

  5. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes.

  6. Stir in Minute Rice and parsley; cover, remove from heat.

  7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
