  3. 1 large Gala or Braeburn apple , cored and chopped

  4. 25 cup(s) plain low-fat yogurt

  5. 3 tablespoon(s) toasted chopped hazelnuts

  6. 2 tablespoon(s) reduced-calorie mayonnaise

  7. 2 teaspoon(s) cider vinegar

  8. 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper

  9. 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt

  10. 4 cup(s) watercress , tough stems removed

  1. In medium-size bowl, mix together turkey, green onions, apple, yogurt, hazelnuts, mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper, and salt; cover bowl tightly and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

  2. To serve, arrange 1 cup watercress on each of 4 serving plates and top each with a quarter of turkey mixture.
