  3. 2 1/4 lbs 1021g / 36oz Green bananas - peeled, and Sliced

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml White wine vinegar Salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste Juice of

  6. 1 lime

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix all the ingredients as for potato salad. Let them sit for 1 hour or so before serving. This recipe serves 6 as a side dish.
