  2. 1 1/4 pounds red skin potatoes, peeled and halved

  3. 1 1/4 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cut into thirds

  4. 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, warmed

  5. 1/4 cup butter, sliced

  6. 3 tbsp. cream style horseradish

  1. Combine the potatoes in a large pot with lightly salted water to cover. Boil the potatoes about 35 minutes until tender. Drain the potatoes and transfer to a large bowl. Mash the potatoes. Add the cream, butter and horseradish and continue mashing until the potatoes are smooth. Serve the potatoes hot.
