  1. 50 g 1 medium onion,

  2. 1 medium cauliflower, chopped

  3. 2 teaspoons curry

  4. 1 L chicken

  5. 2 cups cup 3 tablespoons Camembert Salt and pepper, to Sour Camembert

  1. Heat butter and cook onion and cauliflower until soft.

  2. Add curry powder and cook for 30 seconds.

  3. Add water and stock and simmer covered for 10 minutes or until cauliflower is soft.

  4. Blend with a stick blender until smooth.

  5. Stir in cream and Camembert cheese Serve with chives on top, a dollop of sour cream and extra Camembert if desired.
