  1. 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed

  2. 1/3 cup sugar

  3. 2-1/2 cups club soda, chilled

  4. 1/4 cup lemon juice Ice cubes

  5. 2 lemon slices

  1. Place raspberries and sugar in a food processor; cover and process until pureed. Strain; reserving juice and discarding seeds. In a small pitcher, combine the club soda, lemon juice and raspberry juice. Serve in tall glasses over ice. Garnish with lemon slices. Yield: 2 servings.
