  1. 1 onion, diced

  2. 2 cups chopped celery

  3. 3 potatoes, peeled and diced

  4. 3 cups water

  5. 1 1/2 pounds flounder, chopped

  6. 2 cups chopped broccoli

  7. 2 cups chopped cauliflower

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  9. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  10. 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried marjoram

  11. 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried basil

  12. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  13. 2 cups milk

  1. In a large, deep skillet, boil onion, celery and potatoes in water for 10 minutes. Add flounder, broccoli, cauliflower, salt, pepper, marjoram and basil. In a separate small bowl, mix flour with milk and slowly add soup mixture while stirring continuously. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
