  3. 1 Egg - (or 1/3 cup egg substitute)

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cinnamon

  5. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Pumpkin pie spice

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sweet 'n low(r) sweetener - liquid
