4 Quarts Peaches Or Pears -- peeled and chopped

1 Cup Seedless Raisins

1 Cup Chopped Onions

3 Cups Brown Sugar

2 Tablespoons Salt

1 Clove Garlic -- minced

1 Whole Hot Red Chili Peppers

5 Cups Vinegar

Combine all and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes.

4 inch head space - adjust hot tops (lids). Process
