    2. 2 lobsters, meat only, cut thick

    3. 4 green peppers, seeded, cut in pieces

    4. 5 potatoes, peeled, sliced

    5. 2 tomatoes, sliced

    6. 2 cups water

    7. 3 tablespoons butter

    8. Seasonings to taste

    1. Put all ingredients in a stew pan.

    2. Cover.

    3. Cook slowly for about 20 minutes.

    4. Then serve.
