  1. 1 lb lean geround beef

  2. 4 slices bacon ,chopped

  3. 1 small onion ,chopped

  4. 1/2 lb (8oz) Velveeta cheese product,cut in

  5. 1/2" cubes

  6. 1 pkg. (13.8oz.) refrigerated pizza crust

  1. Heat oven to 400. Brown ground beef with bacon and onions in large skillet on med-high heat;drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add velveeta;cook till melted,stirring frequently. Cool 10 mins Unroll dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press into 15x8" rectangle;top with meat mixture. Roll up,starting at one of the long sides. Rearrange,if necessary,so roll is seam -side down.

  2. Bake 20 to 25 mins or till golden brown.
