  1. History: Italian dish given to me by my Mama Mia!

  2. Description: 8oz Rib-eye blackened over open flame, marinated in a tangy Hawaiian sauce.

  3. Serving Size: As desired

  4. Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes according to desired doneness

  5. Amount/Measure/Ingredient

  6. Desired number of steaks

  7. 2 cups Oil olive or sterling)

  8. 1 cup Blackening seasoning

  9. 2 cups Pineapple juice

  10. 1 cup Soy or Teriyaki sauce

  11. 1 tsp. Garlic (fresh or powdered)

  12. 1 tsp. Ginger (fresh or powdered)

  13. 1 HOT grill

  14. Cut steaks or buy pre-cut. Mix together marinade. Marinade steaks for at least 3 hours

  15. Put on HOT grill, top with blackening seasoning, cook to desired doneness.

  16. Best served with rice, baked potato, or steamed broccoli.
