  1. 4 Garlic cloves mashed

  2. 1/2 ts Dry mustard

  3. 2 tb Virgin olive oil

  4. 1 tb Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste

  5. 4 sm Tomatoes, halved

  1. In bowl, combine garlic, dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Add oil, drop by drop, whisking till smooth. Place tomatoes in buttered baking dish and spread with mustard mixture. Broil tomatoes 3 inches from heat for 1 minute or till tops are bubbly and golden.
