  1. 200 g dark chocolate

  2. 30 g butter

  3. 100 g sugar

  4. 2 eggs

  5. 1 egg yolk

  6. 170 g flour

  7. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  8. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract powdered sugar , for dusting

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pot of boiling water.

  2. Mix sugar, eggs and yolk in a mixer.

  3. Add chocolate mixture to sugar & egg mixture.

  4. Blend flour and baking powder and add to the mixture bowl to complete the dough.

  5. Freeze for 2 hours.

  6. Preheat oven to 180°Celsius.

  7. Remove from freezer and roll dough into little balls.

  8. Roll in powdered sugar and bake on cookie sheet for 7 minutes. The cookies should remain a little soft in the center. Don't overbake or they'll be dry. ?
