  6. 2 tb Butter or margarine

  7. 3 Green onion,thinly sliced

  8. 1/2 c Thinly sliced celery

  9. 1 1/4 c Water

  10. 1/2 c Half-and-half

  11. 2/3 c Past. process cheese spread

  12. 1 t Instant chicken bouillon

  13. 1/8 ts Ground nutmeg

  14. 1/3 c Dry white wine

  15. Paprika

  16. Toasted croutons

  17. Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook

  18. and stir onions and celery in butter until onions are

  19. tender, about 8 minutes. Stir in water, half-and-half,

  20. cheese spread, instant bouillon and nutmeg. Heat to

  21. boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly; stir in

  22. wine. Heat to boiling. Boil and stir 1 minute.

  23. Sprinkle each serving with paprika and garnish with
