    2. 2 c Alfalfa sprouts

    4. 6 carrots, washed peeled

    5. And grated Italian dressing

    6. Paring knife

    7. Spoon Mixing bowl Fork

    8. Carrot peeler

    9. Grater

    10. 4 Salad bowls

    1. With an adults help, cut avocado in half.

    2. Use a spoon to scopp out the pit.

    3. Scoop avocado out of the shell and put in the bowl.

    4. Add sprouts to the avocado meat.

    5. Mash with a fork.

    6. It is ok to leave some lumps.

    7. Set the mixture aside.

    8. Divide the grated carrots among the four salad bowls.

    9. Using your clean fingers and a spoon, make walnut size hairballs from the avocado mixture and arrange them on top of the grated carrots.

    10. Pour Italian "saliva" dressing over hairballs and serve.

    11. Serves 4 cat fanciers.

    12. Sicko serving suggestion: Squeezw ribbons of chocolate icing "hairball" medicine out of a paper cone onto the backs of your guests hands to be licked off for dessert.
