  1. INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:

  2. 1/2 c. chopped onion

  3. 2 c. gravy

  4. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  5. 1 c. chopped cooked vegetables

  6. 1/2 c. chopped celery

  7. 1/2 tsp. salt

  8. 2 c. cooked, mashed potatoes

  9. Combine roast, vegetables, onion and celery. Place in 1 quart buttered ovenproof casserole.

  10. In a saucepan, heat gravy. Pour over roast mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  11. 325 F. for 1 hour or until thoroughly heated.
