  5. 1 Vanilla pudding mix

  6. 4 portion size

  7. 1 3 oz. lemon jelly powder

  8. 2 c Water

  9. 2 tb Lemon juice

  10. 1 3 oz. raspberry jelly powder

  11. 1 c Boiling water

  12. 2 c Whole cranberry sauce

  13. 1/2 c Celery, finely chopped

  14. 1/3 c Pecans or walnuts,finely

  15. -chopped

  16. 1 c Whipping cream

  17. 1 envelope

  18. -topping)

  19. 1/2 ts Nutmeg

  20. Put pudding and lemon jelly powder in medium size

  21. saucepan. Gradually stir in water and lemon juice.

  22. Cook and stir over medium heat until boiling. Remove

  23. from heat. Chill until syrupy.

  24. In medium size bowl combine raspberry jelly powder

  25. with boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Mix in

  26. cranberry sauce, celery and nuts. Chill until

  27. thickening stage.

  28. Whip cream until stiff and fold into thickened pudding

  29. and jelly mixture. Fold in nutmeg. Pour into mold.

  30. Chill until a bit firm then pour thickened cranberry

  31. mixture over top. Chill overnight. Unmolded on

  32. frilly looking lettuce, this highlights any table.

  33. Note: This recipe has no eggnog in it but it does

  34. taste like eggnog. Yield: 4 Typed in MMformat by
