  1. 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil

  2. 1 cup thin bite-size green bell pepper strips

  3. 1/2 cup sliced onion

  4. 2 oz thinly sliced cooked seasoned roast beef (from deli), cut into strips

  5. 2 prebaked Italian pizza crusts (6 inch each)

  6. 2/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese (2 2/3 oz)

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. In 8-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and onion; cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Stir in roast beef.

  2. Place pizza crusts on ungreased cookie sheet. Divide roast beef mixture evenly onto crusts. Sprinkle with cheese.

  3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is hot.
