    1. 24 Ritz Crackers

    2. 1 cup smooth peanut butter

    3. 2 cups butterscotch morsels

    1. Spread half the crackers with peanut butter and top with remaining crackers. Melt morsels in the top of a double boiler. Dip Ritz sandwiches into the melted butterscotch. Place on wax paper for coating to set.

    2. Makes 1 dozen cookies.
