  2. 1 Tomato sauce - (8 oz)

  3. 1 Kidney beans - (14 oz) - undrained

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  5. 1 McCormick taco seasoning

  6. 1 Corn muffin mix - (8 oz)

  7. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Shredded Cheddar cheese

  8. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Sliced green onion

  1. Recipe Instructions In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, beans, water and Taco Seasoning Mix. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions. Drop small spoonfuls of muffin batter over meat mixture in a skillet. Cover and cook over medium-low heat 15 to 17 minutes or until corn bread is done. Top with cheese and green onion. Cover and cook over low heat until cheese melts. This recipe yields 4 servings.
