  1. Use chocolate crust-see crust page

  2. 1 box favorite brownie mix(I prefer Ghirardelli Dark)

  3. 1 1/2 cup maraschino cherry halves, drained

  4. 1 1/2 pounds Philly cream cheese, softened

  5. 3/4 sugar

  6. 3 large eggs

  7. 10 oz. white chocolate, melted & cooled

  8. 1 teas. vanilla

  9. 1/2 cup heavy cream

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to box.

  2. Bake in prepared pan, but bake 5 minutes less than instructions.

  3. Let cool, it will be a bit underdone, but works this way.

  4. Preheat oven to 350^.

  5. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

  6. Add eggs one at a time.

  7. Fold in melted chocolate.

  8. Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.

  9. Layer cherries evenly over brownie.

  10. Pour batter over cherries.

  11. Bake at 350^ for 1 hour.

  12. Let cool completely and refrigerate before serving.
