  2. 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped

  3. 1 1/2 Tablespoons Oil

  4. 240 Grams Basmati Rice -- (3 dl.)

  5. 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala

  6. 1/2 Clove Garlic -- minced

  7. 1 Tablespoon Ginger Root -- shredded finely

  8. 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  9. 4 Deciliters Water

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Fry onion in oil at med heat until translucent . Add rice and spicesand broen for 1-2 min. Add water and bring to a boil. Boil at low heat,covered for 10 minutes. Let stand for 5-10 min. and fluff with a fork.

  2. Garnish with ginger and parsley if desired.
