  2. 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  3. 2 smalls Carrots; Shredded

  4. 2 smalls Stalks Celery; Diced

  5. cup Onion; Diced

  6. Salt & Pepper to taste

  7. Your choice if pasta or spaghetti squash
