2 c Tomatoes -- peeled, chopped

2 tb Cilantro -- minced

2 tb Onion, red -- minced

1 t Chilies, hot -- minced

ds Honey or alternative

Chili powder

Salt

Wine vinegar or lemon juice

Combine tomatoes, cilantro, onion and hot pepper.

Season to taste with sweetener, chili powder, salt,
