Creamy Orange Dessert

In a large microwavable bowl, combine gelatin and 1 1/2 cups orange jusice. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

Stir in marshmallows and microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and almost melted. Stir until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add ice cream; beating until completely melted. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup orange juice and the oranges.

Pour into 6 cup ring mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

Unmold onto serving platter. Serve with sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
