  1. 700 gm pork mince (ground pork)

  2. 1 onion, chopped finely

  3. 3 rounded teaspoons Gravox (or other dry gravy mix)

  4. 3 rounded teaspoons corn flour

  5. 1/4 cup water

  6. 1 tin (400 gm) pie apple, mashed up a little Salt and pepper to taste

  7. 3 sheets puff pastry Optional, egg to glaze pastry
