  1. 1 tablespoon liquid smoke

  2. 4 pounds meat

  3. 1/2 cup vinegar

  4. 1 teaspoon salt

  5. 1 package meat marinade

  6. 3/4 cup water

  1. Preparation : Trim off all fat on the meat and cut into narrow, long strips with the grain. Combine the ingredients. Marinate meat in sauce for 1 day. Put into dehydrator for 10 to 12 hours to dry at 145 degrees. Jerky should bend, but not break when dry.
