Old Fashioned Buttermilk Pie

    1. 3 tablespoons 45ml Unsalted butter

    2. 1 1/4 cups 247g / 8.7oz Sugar

    3. 3 Eggs

    4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Flour

    5. 1/2 cup 118ml Buttermilk

    6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

    7. 1 Unbaked pie shell

    1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 300F. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Stir in eggs, flour, buttermilk, and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Bake until knife tip comes out clean, about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
