  1. 2 1/2 cups 156g / 5 1/2oz Flour

  2. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  3. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Unsalted butter

  4. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Milk

  7. 8 oz 227g Cream cheese - softened Apricot jam

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix flour and salt. Cut in butter. Cream sugar, vanilla, milk and cream cheese. Add flour mixture. Chill. Roll out 1/8 inch thick, cut into circles. Place 1 teaspoon jam in center, cover with another circle. Press edges together with a fork. Place on greased cookie sheets and bake in a preheated 400F oven 10-12 minutes.
