Painted Peach Cake

1 pk Cake mix; your choice of

-yellow, pineapple, white or 1/2 c Kraft neufachatel pinapple c

6 oz Cream cheese; (2-3oz pkg)

5 Eggs

-(eggs -measure to apx 1 1/4

1 c Canned peaches; well-drained

1/3 c Red cinnamon candies; about --glaze

1/2 c Confectioner's sugar; sifted

1 tb Lemon juice; (1 to 2 tabl)

350 degrees. In large mixer bo

minutes. Spoon about 2/3 of batter into prepared pan. Arrange peach slices

over batter. Sprinkle candies over. Spoon remaining cake batter over all.

35 to 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool on rack (upright) 15 minutes. Remove & drizzle with glaze made by

mixing powdered sugar with lemon juice. Serve warm or cool with whipped

cream or ice cream.
