  1. 1 tablespoon gelatin

  2. 1/2 cup hot water

  3. 1 chicken stock cube

  4. 250 g salmon

  5. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  6. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

  7. 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  8. 2 shallots

  9. 1/2 cup cream

  10. 1 dash cracked black pepper

  1. Place gelatin, hot water, and chicken stock cube in blender.

  2. Blend for 2 minutes.

  3. Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour into a serving dish and refrigerate until set.
