  2. 1/2 Thai Chile

  3. 1/2 Ginger, Fresh, Peeled

  4. 1 ts Lime Juice

  5. 3 c Assorted Fresh Fruit

  1. + Cut up fruit into bite-sized chunks.

  2. Grind ginger and pepper.

  3. Add ketjap manis and lemon juice.

  4. Pour over the fruit and mix gently.

  5. Let stand an hour or more before serving.
