  1. 2 eggs

  2. 2 tablespoons vinegar

  3. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  4. 1 teaspoon salt

  5. 2 tablespoons prepared mustard

  6. 2 1/2 cups vegetable oil

  1. Preparation : Prepare in food processor, blender, or with electric mixer. Combine eggs, vinegar, 2 tblsp oil, salt, and mustard. Blend on high for 1 minute. Without stopping the mixer, slowly trickle the 2 1/2 cups of vegetable oil into the container. Do not stop blending until all of the oil is absorbed and the mayonnaise is set and slightly firm.
