  1. 1 T butter

  2. 1/2 large onion

  3. 1 10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup-undiluted

  4. 2-10oz refrigerated Alfredo sauce

  5. 7 oz diced pimento s-undrained

  6. 6 oz jar sliced mushroom s-drained

  7. 1/3 cup dry white wine

  8. 1/2 tsp dried basil

  9. 10 oz frozen chopped spinach -thaw

  10. 1 cup cottage cheese

  11. 1 cup ricotta cheese

  12. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  13. 1 large egg -beaten

  14. 10-12 lasagna noodled-cooked

  15. 3 cups chopped cooked chicken

  16. 4 cups shredded sharp cheese -divided

  1. Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and saute 5 minutes. Stir in soup and next 5 ingredients. Reserve 1 cup sauce. Drain spinach well, pressing between layers of towels. Stir together spinach, cottage cheese and next 3 ingredients. Place 3 lasagna noodles in lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Layer with half each of sauce, spinach mixture and chicken. Sprinkle with cup of sharp cheese. Repeat procedure. Top with remaining noodles and reserved sauce. Cover and chill up to one day ahead. Bake covered at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinklew with remaining sharp cheese and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
