  1. 1 lb ground beef

  2. 1 lb zesty hot sausage roll (Bob Evans)

  3. 1 lb Velveeta cheese , cut into cubes

  4. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (or to taste)

  5. 2 tablespoons oregano (or to taste)

  6. 1 loaf rye cocktail bread (Pepperage Farms light party rye)

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In medium skillet, brown ground beef and sausage together. Drain off any grease 3 Melt velveta cheese in mixing bowl in microwave.

  3. Add browned ground beef, sausage, worcestershire sauce and oregano to melted cheese and mix well.

  4. On a cookie sheet or baking stone, arrange pieces of bread.

  5. Scoop mixture (about 1 tablespoon) onto each piece of bread.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes. If frozen, bake for 20 minutes.
