Candy Bar Cake

Grease and flour a 9“ x 13” pan. Cream shortening. Add sugar gradually; cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa; add to creamed mixture; mix until smooth. Add vanilla to hot water; add to batter (slowly and at low speed); blend until almost smooth. Add handfull of chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, white chips, any type you want. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 35-40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted comes out clean. Frost with chocolate or peanut butter frosting.
