  1. 1 medium onion, chopped

  2. 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped

  3. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

  4. 1/2 pound lean ground beef

  5. 1/2 pound lean ground turkey

  6. 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes

  7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  8. 2 teaspoons chili powder

  9. 2 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes cereal (crushed to 1/2 cup) or 1/2 cup Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs

  10. 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

  11. 2 teaspoons baking powder

  12. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  13. 1 egg

  14. 1/2 cup fat-free milk

  15. 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives

  16. 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened

  1. In 12-inch fry pan, cook onion, green pepper, garlic and meat until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Add tomatoes, the 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and chili powder. Mix well. Pour into 2-quart round casserole dish. Set aside.

  2. Stir together KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal, flour, baking powder and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. Set aside.

  3. In large mixing bowl, combine egg, milk, olives and margarine. Mix well. Add cereal mixture, stirring until smooth. Spread over meat mixture.

  4. Bake at 350 F about 45 minutes or until topping is lightly browned and tests done. Serve hot.
