  1. 1 package (about 19 ounces) brownies mix

  2. 1/2 cup oil

  3. 1/2 cup sour cream

  4. 2 eggs at room temperature, lightly beaten

  5. 1 cup peanut butter cup baking chips or chopped peanut butter cups

  6. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick foil.

  2. Stir together brownie mix, oil, eggs, and sour cream with a large dinner fork just until combined. (Some small lumps will remain). Fold in peanut butter cup baking chips. Pour into prepared pan.

  3. Bake about 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Sprinkle hot brownies with the chocolate chips and let sit until chips are soft. Spread melted chips into a frosting evenly over brownies.

  4. Cool completely to room temperature. Cut brownies into bars and serve.
