  1. Spray oil

  2. 3 veal chops

  3. 2 Tbsp. minced onion

  4. 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

  5. 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

  6. 1/2 cup orange juice

  7. 1/2 cup chicken stock

  8. 1/4 cup orange liqueur

  9. 1 tsp. grated orange rind

  10. Salt & pepper to taste

  11. 1 orange, peeled & sliced

  12. 4 slices mango

  13. Seedless green grapes

  1. Directions :

  2. Spray or wipe skillet, with oil and brown chops on both sides. Remove and set aside.

  3. Add a bit more oil spray to the skillet; add onion and cook until softened.

  4. Sprinkle with sugar.

  5. Mix together cornstarch and orange juice; stir into skillet along with stock, liqueur and orange rind.

  6. Bring to boil, stirring, add salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Return chops to skillet; reduce heat, cover and simmer about 5 minutes.

  8. Top with sliced orange, mango slices and a few grapes.

  9. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, basting occasionally with sauce.
